Privacy note
Tech or Treat is a Halloween game run by Peak and Dale Solutions Limited, Nairobi. This note explains what we keep when you save a score to the leaderboard. It applies under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
Your nickname, your avatar (one of ours, or a picture you upload), your email address, and your scores (score, distance, tokens and the time played). Playing without saving scores sends us nothing about you.
Why
To run the leaderboard, to show you your rank, and to contact prize winners if there is a prize draw. We only send you news from Peak & Dale if you ticked “Send me news from Peak & Dale”.
Who sees it
Your nickname, avatar and scores are public on the leaderboard, so only upload a picture you're happy for anyone to see. Your email is private: only the Peak & Dale team can see it. We never sell or share it. We may remove any picture that isn't suitable.
How long we keep it
We delete leaderboard data 90 days after the campaign ends.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email us.
